Personal Assistant

  • Provide direct support by serving as a true right-hand extension, anticipating the principals’ needs at all times while serving as the main point of contact. This role is to oversee and manage all travel including itineraries, reservations, flights, transportation, and logistics, as well as vendor management and event planning while using discernment to make quick independent decisions aligned with principals’ preferences.

  • Assist Principals’ with their day-to-day lives include managing a complex schedule while ensuring priorities are met with personal errands, wardrobe organization and maintenance, gift giving, correspondence, mail, packages, thank you notes, vehicle upkeep etc.

  • Proactively complete tasks, often without direction, always anticipating necessary follow up. Administrative functions include bill pay, management of emails, phone calls and documents, and record-keeping.

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications with the utmost confidentiality, security and privacy.

  • Able to react and shift priorities quickly to meet the ever changing needs of clients.
