House Manager

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home and property. Engage in an “All hands on Deck” approach to ensure the home runs smoothly and efficiently.  Source, maintain, manage and schedule vendors. Ensure peak performance and attention to detail with strong focus on high standards for service of all staff and vendors.

  • Provide comprehensive support for individuals, family members and executives for day-to-day administrative responsibilities. Ensure seamless functioning of home and property. Develop household manuals, maintain home inventory, oversee deliveries, and returns. Coordinate annual/seasonal maintenance of appliances and vehicles.

  • Assist principals with management of everyday life, including calendar scheduling, communications, personal errands, gift coordination and travel management.

  • Act as owner's rep and project manager to oversee Renovation/Construction while coordinating with builders, architects, sub-contractors and interior designers for scheduling, budgets, scope of work, timelines, spreadsheets, contracts and bill pay.
